Data collection

Contact form and email

Some data is collected when you provide it to us, e.g. by using the contact form or sending us an email. We use this data only to communicate with you and will delete it, as soon as we no longer need it for that purpose. We will not pass on this information to others without your permission. Data collected through the contact form is only processed with your expressed consent. You may revoke that consent at any time (please refer to your rights).

Automatically collected data

In addition to that, some data is collected automatically when you visit our website. Our website hosting provider automatically collects the following information when you visit our website: date and time of access, domain, ip-address, browser user-agent and status-code. When you write us an email, our hosting provider will automatically collect the following data: sender, recipient, date and time of receipt, ip-address and size of the email. This data is stored in so-called server log files and is used by our hosting provider to maintain and improve their service as well as being able to prosecute violations. These log files are not combined with data from other sources and are automatically deleted after 3 days unless they are needed as proof to prosecute violations.

Maschinenfaces

The community feature "faces" ("Maschinenfaces") is provided by cenobytes.nl. This means that any data you enter when adding your "face" will be processed and stored by them, not us.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients and the purpose of its collection. You also have the right to request that we correct, block or delete your data. An informal email request is sufficient and will be free of charge. You may revoke your consent to process your personal data at any time.

You have the right to file a complaint with the regulatory authorities. You can contact your local data protection officer to do so.

You have the right to request your personal data processed by us in a standard, machine-readable format.
